Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Egg Hunt tickets are now available!

Saturday, March 31, 9.30-11.30.

Tickets are £2.50 including an easter egg for each child.

There will be refreshments and lots of children's crafts.

Please see your class reps for tickets.

Quiz

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our first PTA Quiz, we had great fun putting the questions together and hope you all enjoyed it too.

A big congratulations to 'In Last Place' for winning the fantastic trophy and also to 'Firing Blanks' on their amazing efforts to win the wooden spoon! We hope both teams along with many others will be back to take on the title next time!

Welsh Night

Well, what a fantastic time we all had at the Welsh night! Huge thank you to Mrs Davies for co-ordinating it, all the teachers who supported us, my wonderful PTA committee for their hard work and to all the fabulous children who took part - wow - what a talented bunch! The highlight had to be the sing-a-long at the end! Comedy gold! X

PTA meeting

Fantastic meeting last night! Lots of laughs and everything coming together for our Welsh night on St David's Day and our Quiz night on Thursday, March 15 at the Athletic Club. We will be posting lots of information here on our PTA blog and on Facebook in the next few days so please keep checking it. WELSH NIGHT

Thursday March 1^st 6.00pm

£1.00 entry per family

Please come and join us for an evening of Welsh entertainment from your children. The evening will include singing, poems, country dancing, recitals of poems and instrumentals and a display of the winning artwork, handwriting and poetry from the schools Eisteddfod.

We would welcome donations of Welsh Cakes and Bara Brith and any Welsh themed raffle prizes to add to our hamper, and any Welsh bunting to decorate the hall.

Kids and adults welcome to wear Welsh costumes or rugby shirts.

Raffle and refreshments

All parents, grandparents and carers are very welcome. Please note there will be no infant participation on this occasion, but we are hoping that some of their work will be on display that evening.

PTA Meeting

Hey guys! The next PTA meeting will be held next Mon Feb 27 in the school at 7pm. We will be discussing our Welsh night at the school on St David's Day and our Quiz night which we are provisionally booking for Thursday March 15 at a local venue. All are very welcome.

We would like to say a huge thank you to those who came to the Valentines Disco last night, hopefully all the kids had a fantastic time.

Wishing everyone a very happy and relaxing half term and look forward to getting back to many exciting events after the half term break.
